In a world of making half a cent per stream on Spotify, how can an artist make any money at all when virtually everyone consumes music this way? I think we’re reentering that place in the music industry that lets artists dictate not just how people listen to music but how they experience music, how they support their friends who do music, and how both the musicians and their fans can get the most out of that relationship.
